Removal
Remove a back wheel.

Remove a nave of a back wheel (fig. 4.35)  and the nave bearing.

Disconnect a cable of a drive of a lay brake (fig. 4.36).

Disconnect a brake hose and the brake pipeline (fig. 4.37).

Establish a jack under торсионную a beam and turn away a bolt of the bottom fastening of an amorti-jam of a back suspension bracket (fig. 4.38).
Slowly lowering a jack, remove a suspension bracket spring.

Turn away bolts of an arm of fastening торсионной beams to a body (fig. 4.39).
Installation
Installation is spent in an order, the return to removal.
Tighten carving connections by the moments specified more low.
The inhaling moments, Н·м:
Bolts of fastening of the bearing of a nave of a back wheel..... 80–90
Bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber of a suspension bracket..... 100–120
Fastening bolts торсионной suspension bracket beams..... 100–120
Bolts of fastening of arms of a beam of a suspension bracket..... 100–120
Attach a cable of a drive of a lay brake.
Remove air from a hydrodrive of brakes (the section «Brake system» see).

Shock-absorbers of a back suspension bracket
Removal
Remove a back wheel.

In a luggage space remove a rug from facing боковины and a screw-driver remove заглушку (fig. 4.40).

Turn away a nut of the top fastening of the shock-absorber (fig. 4.41).
Establish a jack under a beam of a back suspension bracket and turn away a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber.
Remove the shock-absorber of a back suspension bracket.
Check of a technical condition
Check up the shock-absorber on presence of deterioration or damages.
Check up rubber details on presence of damages and deterioration of properties of a material.

Check up the shock-absorber on presence of the raised rigidity or an extraneous sound in an operating time (fig. 4.42).

Tighten a nut of the top fastening of the shock-absorber, as is shown in fig. 4.43.
Establish a jack under a suspension bracket beam.
Lift the car to the necessary height and tighten a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber the moment 100–120 Н·м.

THE PREVENTION
Check up correctness of position of a spring of a suspension bracket.

Springs of a back suspension bracket
Removal
Remove a back wheel.

       THE NOTE
At removal of a beam of a suspension bracket track that the brake hose was not loaded.

Remove the holder of fastening of a brake hose (fig. 4.44).
Establish a jack under a beam of a suspension bracket and turn away a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber.
Turn away a bolt of fastening of a beam to an arm and three bolts of fastening of an arm to a body.
Remove a suspension bracket spring.
Check of a technical condition
Check up a suspension bracket spring on presence of cracks and deformation.
Check up basic cups of a spring on presence of damages and deformation.

Last coil of a spring should settle down in a flute of the top basic cup (rice 4.45).
Insert into a spring the bottom basic cup.
Establish a suspension bracket spring in former position.

Lift the car a jack and wrap bolts of fastening of an arm of a beam of a suspension bracket to a body (fig. 4.46).
Tighten a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber.

The nave of a back wheel is shown on fig. 4.47.
Removal
Remove a brake drum.

For removal of a brake drum from a wheel nave turn away the fastening screw (fig. 4.48).

Remove the gauge of speed of rotation of a wheel (on cars with ABS).
Turn away bolts of fastening of a nave of a back wheel.

Take out a nave through the brake mechanism (fig. 4.49).
Check of a technical condition
Check up a nave on presence of cracks or damages.
Check up a cap and an open part of an epiploon on presence of traces подтекания greasings.
Be convinced of absence of the raised noise at nave rotation.

Check up the resistance moment проворачиванию the nave bearing (fig. 4.50).
The resistance moment проворачиванию no more than 1,8 Н·м.

Establish the nave bearing.

THE PREVENTION
Reliably connect a socket of the gauge of speed of rotation of a wheel (on cars with ABS).
